About me

Individual and Relationship Therapy

I offer individual and relationship therapy with a trauma-informed approach, focusing on both your past and present experiences. When we talk about trauma, it’s not just about what happened to you, but rather how you interpreted those experiences and the emotional wounds you may still be carrying. These wounds can deeply influence how you feel, behave, and perceive the world around you, often without your awareness.

I have extensive experience working with adults facing a variety of challenges, including childhood trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, and relationship issues such as communication difficulties, infidelity, separation, and parenting struggles. My integrative approach means I tailor each counselling session to meet your unique needs, ensuring that we work together in the most effective way for you.

I am particularly passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships. Whether you’re seeking support to navigate the complexities of family life, improve communication patterns, or address issues around intimacy and desire, I offer tailored relationship therapy. With a warm, open-minded, and compassionate approach, I create a space for honest conversations that encourage collaborative, positive change.
